won`t cause any damage dude, just start off with a weak nute solution and a little water, and work it up in strenght and amount of water..
 
Kang and ae86 thanks guys! first timer so always gona be a little paranoia here and there :) but it was just after i read reviews that stuff like this gets reviewed from time to time that paranoia kicked in :P im sure all will be good
 
yeah you`ll be grand jack, if your in d2 rock out to clondalkin indoor growing there behind the green isle hotel, you will get everything you need there and all over the counter....

best thing is to place the palm of your hand faceing the bulb at the top of the plants, then lower it slowly, until your hand feels the heat, if you have a circulateing fan you can really let it down, that will take the stretch out of them, and you`ll have enough trouble with the stretch once you hit flower....hahahahaha....


so you looking forward to them getting big, i now i do find the start and the end of the growing a bit boreing, its the middle bit when your training and lstìng that i like...hahahaha
 
ae86, i havnt got the fan yet but its ordered, i done the hand test and droped the light down to 13inch, its worm but not unuf to burn anything... aye m8 a cant wait to see what hight there gona go as my hight is limited to 1.2 mitre max so thers a chance il be tying these bitches down at some stage
 
So these are a few pics of my DWC attempt had a bit of a PROBLEM WITH THE ROOTS DRYING OUT SO I ADDED DRIPERS TO THE NET POTS

the first pic is of the plant that had a bit of a problem when veggin the botoom of the stems started rotting

This pic is of all 3 im really tempted to do a scrog on these they should be flowering now but im just leaving the roots develop more .

Heres a pic of the roots there has been a huge growth burst as soon as i added the dripper to the pots the roots loved it

All 3 ladies are durban poison from dutch passion.
 
so i have a 5m hdmi cable but no hdmi on the lappy... have vga on the lappy but no vga on tv.... i know sods law, but do any of you know what the cable i need is called?? has vga on one side for lappy abd i think 4 or 5 of those colour connections red yellow white and blue i think on the other end for the tv....


rageing and just bought her a lumix g camera so fucking broke no chance of a new lappy for few weeks at least...

sweet set up bubbles, really nice and looks well put together, what do you expect that system adds to the yeild i`ve read reports of lads near doubleing there yeild..
 
lsd, if height is an issue fire in the circ fan asap, will take some of the stretch from them, and in later flower they can get fairly big, ideally in wardrobe you want them small and bushy...
 
Thanks 86 . I hope to at least double my yield with this setup anything more than that will b a bonus :hump:

I might change the setup next time to individual DWC buckets or even a RDWC.

Im startin a journal with the next lot which i started last night 6holy grail kush from DNA Genetics and anesthesia from pyramid seeds Iv been meaning to start 1 for awhile now that i have i hope i can keep up with the updates to it.

You are PH' ing the bottled water aren't you?
In my experience, bottled water has higher
PH than tap water and adding them together is best.
PH it after you add your nutes and go easy with the amount of nutes. I usually start with less than 1 ml per litre and slowly work up

height isn't too much of an issue to be honest, i've got about 4.5 ft to play with i'll probs get the fan in there on a low setting over the weekend/early next week
