anyone know whats up with the delivery services out here? i thought the state wasnt cool with patients donating to eachother, or was that just with store fronts? thats the main reason i dont like to meet any new patients, laws are really unclear out here, anyway happy holidays everyone

The laws are fucked up and not intended to help the patients. It just a right wing mmj program that doesn't promote patients knowing a fucking thing nor it doesn't care how they get their meds as long as they don't buy it from another patient. Pretty fucked up huh? Hopefully legalization will come in 2016 and we can kiss this poorly designed MMJ program good bye. Nevada is not concerned about patients, just a program to keep the peeps coming from CA and thinking it's not as bad as it was in the 90s where they'd pop your ass for a joint. After the Olympic snow boarders were arrested for weed the state looked like a police state and Cali people were not so keen on making the trip. Now you can walk through most casinos and smell weed coming out of the rooms when before they'd arrest you for it. Still they use it if they really want your ass. Old fucks like me, bald and white, get a free pass anyway. I don't know why I bother getting a card at all.

most the time i wonder why i even bother gettin renewed, but iv been pulled over with herb on me a couple times, its nice to just be able to walk away with no ticket, and keep my sack, but i understand why alot of people just say fuck it and stop renweing

there is the lack of organization/communication between patients, and even more so between the patients and the state, then there is the fact when we did have safe access areas, metro raided them with no delay and pretty much showed their dissapproval for the whole MMJ idea, but if your gonna move out here and just grow for personal, you should be ok, commin here to "set up shop" isnt a great idea at this point in time
