i placed an order from HTG supply a few weeks ago, and the light i got was a piece of shit. it had dents and paint chips all over, had an obviously used ballast (rust, dirt stuck too it, etc.), among other tell-tale signs it was used goods. i contacted them, and wrote a very detailed message on the issue. the solution was to send me another "new" light, with instructions to ship the old unit back in the same box. new light has already arrived...to my surprise, its alot worse off then the first light. deep dents, nicks, and paint scuffs. the ballast has been ripped out of its housing and a wire was left unattached to the ballast. Im lucky the glass cover wasnt cracked or something. on top of all that, they didnt even give me a return sticker for the first light. i dont know what the fuck is going on, but im not happy. i will not be ordering shit from them anymore. if i want used goods, ill go to craigslist.
