Their about 2 months old, i'm using 2 cfls( My HPS Burnt my plants). I'm trying to keep them short.
If you're 2 months, and using CFL's, get more.
I have 100w of CFL's right now, and am going tomorrow to get more for one plant as she is stretching even though more than 2 weeks into flower.
Grorite has a very nice setup as you can see by looking at his avatar.
The pic is mine.

They look small and streched, but since you LST'd, the new nodes developing at the bottom should make it nice and bushy. Nice save. Your lights might be too far away.

The first time i grew my plants grew very slowly as well. It is doubtful that they are root bound. It may be just a combination of things like low temps or something. If you want to keep them short i would recommend you go ahead and put them on a twelve twelve light schedule. Love and Light
