Lol, seems like you've told me this before. Guess I'll be headed to the hydro store tomorrow to see what I can find. Thanks man.

If you weren't growing an auto id say let em ride a little longer in those pots, but seeing autos dont like transplanting very much i agree to go head and put em in their final parts

Hi Remo. Thanks, and welcome aboard. So far I have only fed the girls once with Fox Farms Grow Big, and that was about a week ago. I am going to be transplanting them to a larger home tonight, at which time I figure I will give them another feeding of the Grow Big. I feel like they really responded well to that last time, so I'll give them another shot of it. Next week I will probably start giving them some Tiger Bloom.

Well the transplant is complete and the ladies are in their new mansions. I went to my local store today and the best they could do was 3.9-gallon pots, so I picked up a couple. Now hopefully the girls like their new home and don't go dying on me. I'm kind of pissed at myself, because I got one of them way off center in her new home. It's gonna bug the crap out of me for the rest of the grow. Anyways, I also mixed in 10% perlite in the new soil because I felt like the soil wasn't draining very good. I was contemplating 20%, but 10% seemed like a lot as I was mixing it up so I stopped there. After the girls were in their new homes, I gave them a good watering and fed them with some Grow Big. Now I guess it's just a waiting game to see how they handle the move. Here are the pics...

Check this out....

I thought that was pretty amazing, as they were only in those 2-gallon pots for two weeks!

Here's Alice in her new home...

Yeah, I screwed up her placement and I hate it. Hopefully she'll be okay.

And here's just a couple good shots of Alice before the move...

Just wanted to give a quick update. It looks like the girls are gonna make it after their traumatic day they had yesterday. They were looking pretty droopy when I checked on them earlier this morning, but after their six hour nap they look perky as ever. They even grew vertically a little bit because one of them was actually touching one of the T5 bulbs and I had to raise them up! Anyways, here's a couple pics...

PLANTS LOOK GREAT. DON'T PUT NOTHING IN THE WATER IF YOU DON'T NEED TO, EXCEPT FOR NUTES-fuck me and caps
Thanks man! They really are cool plants. I haven't been giving them much other than water. They've only had two small doses of Fox Farms Grow Big so far, and they seem to love it. Fox Farms is some good stuff. Does any one happen to know if I can reuse my soil this spring in my tomato garden?

Happy new years everyone! Just wanted to share some pics of the girls!

So with my T5's I have two at 2700K and two at 6500K. I am wondering if I should switch them all to 2700K? Anyone have any advice?

Just wanted to upload a few pics. I figure the girls are about 30 days old today. I've noticed an interesting phenomenon. This whole time Alice has been quite a bit bigger than Betty. Now I've noticed that Betty is the bigger one, but Alice seems to have more bud sites. Kinda weird how that happens. I measured today and Alice is 6" and Betty is 7". I wish they'd get a little taller, but they seem to want to stay short and bushy. Here are the pics from today. Alice is on the left, Betty on the right...

As always, comments welcome. Cheers!

How close do you keep the light source. Ive herd raising the light will sometimes cause a plant to stretch.

Mostly depends on what strain it is Indicas are shorter and more compact and Sativas are known to grow larger (taller) and require more space.

Just what ive read hope it helps.

Your girls are beautifull are you planning on doing any LST or toping to increase cola sites.

Autoflowering strains do not respond well to topping and lst.

Thanks man! They're smelling good too. They used to smell skunky, but now I'm noticing sort of a piney smell. You think they're ever gonna get any taller? I'm hoping they hit a growth spurt and shoot skyward.
To my knowledge, Lowryder has one of the shortest known life cycles and height in the cannabis species.

Thanks man. I don't plan on doing lst or topping. I keep my lights about 2" away from the plants since they're fluoros.
