The 4100K coolwhite bulbs are what you use. The plant better utilizes the colour spectrum...apparently the 4100K spectrum provides all the wavelengths of colour that the plant best absorbs for photosythensis. I don't know how true it is...but i do use 4100K bulbs for both veg and flowering cycles as extra light, and i did notice a better result of growth compared to just using the 6500K during veg. I never flower with cfl's, HPS all the way for that...buds are biger and denser.
During your seedling and veg cycles you do want to concentrate more on the blue end...so for every 3 6500K bulbs have 1 4100K. For flowering do the same thing, 3 2700K for every 1 4100K.
