I voted medical but that is only because I`m an idiot
and confused myself. I would love it to be legal for all but if that were not an option I would rather see cancer patients eating.

Medically legal would be nice - then we can control it just as easily as we control Oxy, Vicodin, etc.

Totally legal will only cost us money - and by "us", I mean the pharma companies, the alcohol companies, the privatized prison industry, and the illegal drug dealers - you know, all the people who profit from the war on drugs or face competition from legalization.

you have to understand how hard it is just to get a pack of seeds, or show up to the state and find out not only did you come from an illegal state but its pretty much the same and you have 1 walk in and 5 delivery systems. some of these states you might as well stay away from for medical because its such a pain in the ass to get the paper and then you cant afford seeds and clones are a bitch to come by. fully medical so the states can work on their laws and provide MORE than decent service and get every dis their supplies of clones and seeds for that matter.

Meaning you can still get fined and a permanent record?
No thanks
It's a better start than medical legalization. That's how it was in Colorado before the new bill, it was just $100 ticket. Who gives a fuck about that? And with true Decrim, you can grow and smoke your own, so I don't see how anything else is better than it, except FULL blown legalization where Mexicans are bringing it in on trains, and people are allowed to carry baskets of it through the street and throw buds to everyone they pass :D

I say go fully legal with MJ,going any other way may very well be counterproductive IMO,treat it like or Alchohol as far as age policy goes and tax it.If someone grows a huge amount of weed its likely that it wouldnt be as profitable for them,it sucks for those who would put so much hard work into it,but thats life some of the time, you could just go down to the store and by cheaper at any time right?Sales would be down dramaticaly for the dealer and perhaps alot less BS involved with robbery's and violence going on as well. You could grow your own and of course high grade would still be sellable but less likely with an environment where it is perfectly legal,so u just grow it for personal use...my 2 cents.

look how much has changed in a year. just 12 months ago i didn't think there was a prayer for legality and now there are two legal states, my own state is medical, and there are several proposals for legalization in more states, including my own.

15 years ago me and my high school buddies would discuss whether it would be legal in our lifetime, and we were pretty sure we'd be too old to appreciate it if it did, hence my hesitation to support full legalization. there was always a feeling that if we push too hard we'll ruin it. i've never been so delighted to be so wrong.

i still think it's disgusting that it's recreationally legal in some places and not even medically available in others, but the progress over the last 20 years is astounding. i now laugh at people who say legalization is a "long way off".

Haha, well allow me to play the anarchist a bit here and say it shouldn't be a question. There shouldn't be a group of people able to tell you what your aloud to do or not do...that is a silly concept.
Unfortunately the sad truth is their aren't letting us, they are telling us with their well trained thugs and the toys they spend our 'money' to bare upon us.

How many of the most influential people in human history were more then likely high or otherwise intoxicated whilst doing what they did? More then a fare share no doubt.
How many members on this site alone? If we had the money and the guns it would be a different story, because we'd all get to high to care about totin' em around and concerning ourselves with other peoples business. Would this make the world a better place? Probably not, sadly as it's been pointed out assholes will still exists. Not everybody that smokes weed is somebody you want to smoke weed with.

Unfortunately evolution has set us 'higher' folk up with a conundrum. Our good morals won't let us just up and slaughter the 'evil' from the planet as we ought to in order to properly position ourselves for the best chance of survival. Instead of running the risk the dumbies and kunty fucks don't outbreed us.

Two cents spent, now I'm broke. lol
