Jacks classic 20-20-20

Anyone ever try out jacks classic 20-20-20? I picked some up yesterday and some people say it works great. They said to use it at a quarter of the strength instructed though? I've done this but home much water(with jacks fertilizer in it) do I give my plants each feeding?

As a rule of thumb, full concentration for fertilizing with JC at every watering is 1 teaspoon per gallon. Start lower and build up to the max. Good luck.
