I'm trying it on a clone strain that I've been growing a while. So far the results are very good. I top, super crop, and now trying the defoil @ 14 days & 42 days to see the difference. I'm also doing a side by side of two nute regiments for this run. I'm not making some wild guesses out my ass over here.
Ben Franklin deserves props because he has brought up stretch a few times. I got a bucket of little energy sources from 3 plants which saved them from such a thing as grower induced stretch...imo 400 watts penetrates just fine

First off, Then by all means, you should listen to that poster and ONLY that poster, I mean, why even bother with starting this thread, you could have just messaged the poster in private and alleviated this flame war and stupidity right from the get go. Why are you still in this thread again? What's your experience with defoliation again? My results aren't in yet. Another 4 weeks.. Still testing in the real world, no speculation. So far my results of defoliation seem positive. Things could change for the worse. Only further tests will tell.
