Obtaining Med Card : Newbie Help

Hey Guys, I will be moving to Tempe Arizona come the second week of January. Anybody know any good doctors around the area with a good approval rating? I'm not too worried, I can have medical documents from my hand surgeon faxed over. I was involved in a motorcycle accident 2 years ago and broke my wrist in 3 places. I ended up getting surgery and a screw put through the break and the screw never came out. I'm always having an annoying pain in my wrist and when I do certain activities it hurts continuously. I smoke already and I do know this helps ease the pain, I can't stand taking pills and I'd much rather just smoke or eat an edible to get my medicine.

My question is that I shouldn't have a problem obtaining my medical marijuana card should I? Everything I have stated is completely and 100% accurate. If it will not be a problem please go about listing references to doctors with a good approval rating around the TEMPE Area or you may even message me if you don't feel comfortable discussing.

Thanks Everyone,
Tyler

you need to have medical records from the past 12 months which show that you still have severe, chronic pain or another qualifying condition. you would think the screw in your wrist would be good enough but if you dont have recent records then you wont get the card. what i did was went to a chiropractor, for the wrist maybe a physical therapist would work, just have them treat the pain you're still having and they'll write up a report describing the severe chronic pain, and then you can have them send the medical records straight over to green savvy or whatever mmj doc you are going to. maybe ask the mmj doc 1st if there is a PT they recommend

Green savvy will be able to recommend a proper and suitable chiropractor which they work very close with.
