can u add new clones with some already flowering

I wondering just started flowering 4 days ago and was wondering if it was ok to add new clones and still get something from them even an once or two im running 300 watts per plant and the clones r really good strains

I've course. You really need to do some reading if you didn't know that 900w of cfl's is decent.

Why didn't you just grab an HPS though?

4 days shouldn't make a difference. At least in my grow it didn't. If it does in yours you can wait a few extra days or whatever it takes to chop them. In other words you don't have to chop all the plants on the same day.
 
Im working with a really tight budget cause when tax season comes around im getting the full set up but til then just getting by ya kno

Well 3x 300w cfl's would cost me about $500 and a 400w hps is $100.

But cfl grow lights are ridiculously priced here.
