Ok so they've been flowering ( sex shown ) since oct 21st.
Info, Rain Water, fox farms bloom, ( very infrequent feeding ) Soil from a local nursery,
150watt hps, 3-5 week veg time except for the WW and thats about 5 weeks veg,
and that puts them all at about 7 1/2 weeks of flower. I would say about 10-15% of the hairs have changed, mostly white. Trichomes are getting to be milky with very few brown , still some clear. I know they aint done but I just want a proffesional guess as to how much longer they have, WW prolly gona be the longest wait.

Are the indicas going to be done by Christmas?

BM is the smallest indica
Ice is the medium indica
WW is the monstrous hybrid,

10mega pixel camera, used a tripod, very low light because I know how you all hate HPS pics haha

Leme know if you need any more detail or maybe some better pics, Ide be happy to oblige.

How much longer?
As long as it takes. But to give some kind of reasonable estimate, 2(+) weeks.

EDIT: after looking at more than just the first 5 pictures, you have a lot of filling out to do. i would definitely put an emphisis on that plus sign. Im saying more like 3 or 4 weeks.

Thanks for taking a detailed look man, just a week or two past christmas so I think I can live with that.

I agree. AT LEAST 3 more weeks. Just to confirm you're looking in the right place -- you need to check the trichomes on the calyxes, not on a sugar leaf. Trichomes on sugar leaves mature sooner than on the buds themselves.

second grow, still had alot of stress but Im learning how different strains need there environments to be slightly different. Upgrading to hydro in the coming weeks , hopefully I can pick that up speedily aswell!

Yes, different strains require different nutrient levels, watering frequency, and flowering times. I hope your not planning to run multiple strains in a hydro system supplied by only one reservoir...What's your motivation to move to hydroponics?

i would say 4-5 weeks before they are close to ready. minimum 3 more then repost pics.

So far by what i can see you are doing a decent job.

Looking good and healthy, the buds will fatten up considerably if you wait.

Ill have two res, with 6 on one strain and the other 6 another, 1 month behind eachother. Kind of a slow SOG.
Motivation wise? I just got the hang of soil and honestly its a learning experience. My goal is to become knowledgable on as much as I can on the subject. To get there I need to try everything from different trip cureing, cutting, strains, enviorment, ph, nutrients, grow method, vertical growing, cloning, I want as much info as possible and would like to experience it all first hand. Cant tell you how many countless days ive researeched.

I also like the fact that its on more of a schedual, less room for human error. I think it will let me have more room to focus on what I like to do wich is switch the variables around, PH nutes enviorment building a better room, I like the fact that the potsize to potplantsize ratio is eliminated with hydro, the fact that I dont have to haul tons of soil around, automated nature of it, more room for more plants in my situation while still being stealthy.

I would love to hear some of your reasons as to why its pro and con.
