How is his advice wrong. He mentioned to let the soil dry out a little befor watering. which is true if you let the plant soak day after day then you risk the probabilty of rot in the roots. If you dont use proper nutes you will get a deficiancy. Id like to see your past grows. IF you had any you wouldnt be asking the information you doo. Alll you had to do was say hey i read your adivice but i still want more. Instead of calling him out an all he says because he probably got it spot on. I let my plants do what they do sometimes ill go a week or more without even looking at them come back and there better then befor. Assist the plant in growing dont try and grow the plant. It has all the resources it needs you just have to add to those to get the best quality smoke you can.

Dont blame the plant for reacting the way it does. Its telling you something in those leaves. Seeing that its the lower leaves going first all i can assume is its just gonna work its way up to the top and youll end up with some sub par smoke. I never had a plant loose more then 4 leaves in flowering and it is def not normal to looose alot of leaves during so. All that means is theres nut deficiancy and the plant will suffer. Sure youll see tons of shiny trichomes but you could have a frosty plant and still a low thc content.
You are know sounding like I need your advice, my friend, don't patronize me, I have MANY successful grows behind me, from applying the methods I have used for a long time.

WHO CARES. Just buy some fucking nutes quit playing the crying game and grow your pot. you can have all the harvests you want still wont make a difference if you dont apply what you learn. Which is why your little buds will only be a fraction of what some of us have accomplished. Post a full pic of that plant. I bet its no more then a 2 feet.

Exactly, and some people don't seem to be able to take good, proven advice. I don't claim to know it all, far from it, only what has been successful in rectifying the issues discussed here. Only a fool claims to have nothing to learn.

agree that the pots should dry out good and get a good soak..then repeat...roots will search for moisture in dry soil= bigger root system = bigger plant/buds

You just don't get it do you? I do feed my plants, WHEN they need it, & not to a schedule that will cause over-fertilisation issues later.

Christ. You are all confused about whose thread this is or something and who's bashing who. I'm just asking for info and you retards are arguing like women. Please leave those who are.
Nutrients. Even cheap ones. The red stems can be genetic but can also indicate potash/potassium deficiencies. 1/4 strength whatever you buy and no more or risk immediate lockout.
Yeah that's what I went with I got some MG Quick Start because its high in P and K but still has some N just in case. Used it yesterday and it seems the progress of the yellowing has stopped, but we'll see by tomorrow hopefully.

Yeah man the confusion gets to you. I apologize to all you for making such an ass of myself. I shoulda just let all this play out on its own. No ones better then anyone on here and all advice should be welcome. No matter if you grow 2footers or 12 footers growing pot is therapudic in many ways. I went to far in bashing that guys experience. Who honestley knows exept the one who honestley grows.

Mannnnnn!!!! Those people who argue on this forum sure are idiots. I wouldn't trust the one who argues with another. How would you know if they are right or not? Use your best judgement. TheCh33se, I am sure you got it figured out by now :). Your plants look pretty good to me. Just a slight adjustment will bring her to full throttle. She looks like she could use some more Mag and P. She is stretching and pretty thin that would be a sign of P and the yellowing on the tips is a sign of Cal-mag. Yes, do let the soil dry out just before she wilts. That would make your roots bigger and stronger. Bigger roots = bigger, stronger plants. Keep in mind you only want to allow your soil to dry out that much only in Veg. In flower you don't want to exceed 70% dry soil.A picture of the whole plant would be helpful.
