It''s up to you, and the space and time you have. To bud or not to bud it's your choice when growing indoor's.

Make sure it has at LEAST 5 nodes, but yes you can flower whenever you want to. Just throw them into 12/12 and within a week or 2 you will start seeing those lovely white hairs!!
