How to transplant soil plant?

I know I put the plant in soil but im wondering if I should use containers with holes in them and if I add rock to the bottom. Any advise welcomed.

yes you want holes rocks on the bottom will help with drainage

skip the MG and the rocks, use a good Organic soil with a PH on 6-7 and yes a pot with good drain holes, weed like light airy soil with good drain, so if you can get a soil with perlite in it or get some to add (20%) do so
