Should I use a blue/orange/ or both cfl lighting in a pc grow box?

I want to try to grow an auto flower strain in a pc case and was wondering does it matter what light to use since you use the same lighting the whole cycle or do you have to use the blue spectrum lights only since their cooler and the box is tiny? Sorry if I sound clueless I'm very new to cfl and auto flower so all the help is appreciated :)

Thats what I was thinking but I wasn't sure cuz the plants are flowering from sprout and wasn't too sure if it needed flowering cfl or veg but I was like why not both?

Also how does wattage work with cfl? The bulb says 200watt incandescent equivalent but also says uses 23watt. What does this mean and how much wattage is the bulb really putting off? I'll only need 150watts worth seeing as I only want to grow one auto flower to see how they are.

you want 100 true watts at least more is better i would run a mixed spectrum too best of both worlds
