Drooping Leaves, Auto Northern Lights

Hey this is my first grow.
Before I transplanted today I noticed my leaves were kind of drooping.
They have been in soil for 13 days now.

#1 is drooping more than #2 but #1's leaves are growing bigger.

I think it needs more light.

Could either be over watering and lack of a good source of heat and light, I think you should lay of watering for a few days 2-3 and within the first day of the leaves perk up that's good, if not leave it for another day,just make sure it's getting plenty of heat and light,

Ok my 150W CFL 6400k is like 30 cm from my plants because if I put it like 10 cm away and measure the temp it will be like 32'C !!!
So what should I do?
I'll move them up right now tho!
Warn me if I'm killing them lol.

soil looks quite thick and groggy. i think the soil need more aeration (perlite will help this) but you can leave it and the bigger the plant gets the harder it is to overwater

Doesn't look that bad. Little more light and watch the watering. And your soil looks a little 'tight'. Add some filler.

Do I have to buy perlite? Or will they live through it if I use this soil?
Don't wanna rip their roots again adding perlite.

you don't HAVE to but if you repotted with perlite it would help. not essential. just makes your life easier worrying less about overwatering. a general rule it to water when the pot feels light (pick it up when its quite dryed out and feel the weight)

Okay thanks, I may buy some in that case.
I use water from my kitchen sink, I think the ph may be too high as I tested it with a cheap kit.
To lower it.. should I add vinegar, lemon juice or baking soda into the water before I give it to my plant?

i did lower my pH for a while with vinegar to 6.5, then i found out the vinegar residue was sitting in the soil and had lowered the ph too much! your soil has it's own ph that the water is buffer to when it enters the soil. to find the ph of you soil you can run water through the pot till you get enough of it to test, but seeing as you are a little overwatered already i wouldn't worry yet. when you start having problems like deficiencies you should test then. as i said before the bigger the plant roots get the harder it is to overwater. it is up to you in the end, all part of the experience
