planties sleeping too early!

well the title says it all, they go on at 6 am and off at 12am, but they start going down to sleep at 9pm. recently I burnt them with nutrients a bit, could this be the problem? no point in posting pics really, unless you would like to see them

How old/ big are they? If I read right, you managed to burn plants that are still vegging, that don't want to sleep because you are not singing to them.
Pics would really help.
Are they camera shy?
