Its abit retarded they are called 240 but the reason they are is because 240watts is the max they can use but each unit is not maxed out its only half power or the leds bulbs would burn out at full wattage, i have not measured the output myself but lots of people have, you can find out alot more about it in the led section on this site alot of guys test them,

also alot less heat from them and the plants dont drink as much food so less watering

ah i see i see, less heat is always a good thing in this hobby. On the 2 or 3 hot days of our summer temps in grow were at something like 97f

hot milk is so fuckin wrong i dont know how anyone can drink hot milk ahhhhhhhh

I am very very weird about milk i only like donegal creameries milk and if its more than two days old i wont touch it! even tho its fine for a week, and hot milk christ no!!!!!!!!!

what the fucks complan? i think i have been scarred for life by bad milk, one time when i was a big drinker i woke up in my parents house after a hard night and was dieing for a drink of anything real bad, i went to fridge and put a carton of milk to my head and drunk half of it then the worst happened! my mum had kept old milk in the fridge to bake with and she needed it to be like buttermilk, i was never ever as violently sick i was was right then and there at the fridge, they were cleaning vomit for weeks lolol

Haha good one ae i must have the most ineffient house in the country not shred of insulation in the attic, draughty windows and a small hole in the roof
@kang i wouldnt drink hot milk on its own but ya cant beat it on cereal

i just cant trust milk anymore lue, i inspect it vigorously now to ensure i never go through that again, you know when ur half drunk and cant taste or smell anything cause youre tounge is like a carpet, it caught me offguard

right guys am gonna call it a night gotta exercise and get a shower, hopefully ill sleep ok, i think i am over the worst but its still not easy sleeping normally lay awake till 3-4am
