You will not be getting caught for using too much power unless you are running 6-10 600watt lights and none of us on here grow for sale so we dont use that much power, so we dont get paranoid about power

My lights come on now at 7pm so ill get the led setup and water the girls and get a pic up

I don't grow for sale either just grow enough for myself and the girlfriend for few months.
Do u think 3000 watts is pushing it for 3 bed house?

aye was thinking its a bit much breed some seeds awhile back germinated a few too many will be picking out the males so can down grade the lighting a bit.
If any of ye want free seeds let me know i can post em to a PO box in a fake name or something

Heres a few pics after getting the girls fed and adding 1 led unit, what i am gonna do is have the mh light on 18/6 and have the led light on 12/12 so the plants wakes up with mh and drinks then after a couple of hours the led will come on for even more light then off and a few hours of mh before darkness again, i know this sounds weird but alot of led growers recommend having a light other than led on for the first hour or two so the plant drinks plenty of food before it get very bright light,

Afternoon gents, hey mandy i hope your head is ok today pet that was some real greasy songs you were listening to last night lol my sister likes to play soppy tunes like that after too much wine!! tell me what do you do with the olbas oil do you just dabb it all around the house or do you burn it in something or what?

so lads we now have a supply of smoke and a room set up, so can move on to the next thing, a proper steel shed for the back yard, i have enough room for it, and we talked about it before, be good for two cars and the wash dryer frezzer etc.... so the concrete shed will become my own little man cave/ grow room....

Are you joking?? lol a 400 watt or even 600watt will grow all you need for yourself and your girl, 3000 watts is one or two bedroom full of plants for your whole neighborhood! am not judging and i think you should be able to grow as much as you like but i think youre telling porkie pies!

They use less power than hps while providing more light per wattage and theres a uv light built in which make more thc and more potent bud, only good for a few plant tho no good for a large area unless you pay 1-2 grand for a 600watt one which is about the same as a 1000watt hps, also its faster growth and early finish. so they say anyway i will have to wait to finish a grow with them to find out

so alot of benefits when you get them fine tuned then, kind of alot of inclined to stick with them i`d be...

watching the top gear where they go raceing.. hilarious i must say, and the new series will be the last ... sad days...

Also you dont need to replace bulbs all the time like cfl or hps they say its lasts for 5 years althrough the blackstars i have are known to die after a year or two, later guys

How do the leds compare to hps whats the blackstar 240w ? induction lights are supposed to be quality u know much about them

i got the pay as ya go meter in for the electric no one knows how much ya use.got it installed for this reason great job

I thought it meant "Ocean Grown" Mr Jenks. As southern cali growers wanted to distinguish their flowers from the emerald triangle stuff. I remember watching it in a docu in the past but it may just be an urban myth as well lol.

southern cali does't care about the north theirs is mostly indoor and they are the originators of the OG Kush strain I think that puts them on the map itself

How much is a unit of electricity ? Esb networks can tell whats been used, well they can narrow it down to a street or row of houses.

it cost the same ya jus buy top up in shop no one calls ta read ur meter they wouldn b watchin how much ya use if ya dont top up ya have no electric

they draw about 140 watts of power and i would say one of these puts out more light than a 250watt hps ( i know cause i have both ) two of them should be the same as 500watts of hps.

i dont know anything about induction lighting at all,

nice night out up here stars and half moon out, pity i dident have smoke id put a jacket on and sit out a while

marley the top up system is a good job, its alot better than the 50 pence machines lol youd need a right bag of change at all times to keep the power running haha

mandy ill try that oil for sure good idea, i have a vent in my room for air to exchange and the smell may be getting out so ill drop some in that vent and be safer rather than being sorry'er lol

A bit spendy for me, alot of people swear by them though might get 1 sometime.
How are they only drawing 140 if there rated at 240 did u measure the output?
