some time after that, the polls which were tightening until the VP debate will diverge once again at a slow but steady rate. the race will go from very tight to leans obama once again.

i don't see how the third debate will change that very much unless obama's third debate is like his first. unless it's another huge romney win, it's over. history tells us this.

Not to be dismissive, but is it really a prediction when the "rightys" were already slamming the moderator last night, immediately after the debate? Way to go out on a limb there, Kreskin.

I keep seeing that Obama slightly edged Romney in the debate, maybe he did. However, I also keep seeing focus groups of undecideds, that shows a majority of them leaning to Romney. I think your poll swing prediction will only come to pass if they start oversampling Dems by even more...which wouldn't surprise me at all. Shit, if they can use a fictitious 7-8%, why not go for the gold and use 15%? Looky, looky, Obama is up by 7 points now, all is well...all is well.

This is the same old rightist intimidation that they have been using for years. They accuse everyone from the middle (and recently slight right) on as being biased, as though no one can keep their personal ideology out of their professional lives (perhaps because they have so much trouble with it). What happens is that eventually people so accused over think their stance and expressions and overcompensate for the right's perceived "bias".


This is one of the reason we see journalism as a whole being degraded.

Oh c'mon now, thats not right.

Take as an example my wife. She was given a better opportunity to become a district manager (in training) and took over a store that was ran by a man previously. This store (shes an store manager, district mgr in training) sucked ass. Nobody cared about anything. In one months time her stores sales are up 48% and still gaining! So, women are just as capable to do a job like a man, if not better.

Now, the moderator lady, shes another story...

Recall if you will, the Romney campaign's regard for "fact checkers".


I wish that could have come up in the debate - it would be akin to Romney claiming that the 47 percent representation was just a slip of the tongue.
