No we were both single co workers. Long story short, we started bangin, both got attached. We were dumb and got married before i realized she was satan and she realized i was black

At least u gave it a go. It could've gone that way with someone u didn't work alongside. I'm wondering if it messed up things at work?

I met my current g/f at work 7 years ago. I was her supervisor for a while. It had advantages (shared commute etc) but it also had disadvantages. Being together 24/7 isn't healthy and I did have to remind her sometimes that work is different to home. i.e. "If I tell you to do something, saying no isn't an option at work."

true that. and yes it messed everything up at work. the relationship gradually went downhill so she just started bangin another co worker. she got pissed off at me one day b'cus i clowned her in front of our whole staff so she called corporate and told our RM that i threw a battery at the dude she was fn and i was "doin drugs" so he flew out the next day just to give me a piss test and of course i was fired. turns out she was fired three days later too because of what she did and because my boss hated her too. and this is just a piece of the the full drama lol

I'm sorry I didn't know the whole story. I'd say fick that bitch but you tried that already... I hope the good times take the edge off the bad times :(

Well that answers my question doesnt it? I have now got visions of throwing plant pots across a grow room - oh no !!! She was a nutter tho tbh, by the sounds of it. Hope you have better luck in future. :)

They truly are and their kids have turned out amazing. I´ve know them for 7 years. Their kids have first class hon degrees, speak 3-5 languages each (English, Spanish, Catalan, French, German) and have absolutely no interest in what goes on with ´the adults´.

yea she sucks but its all good. i learned from it and now im happily married to my best friend with 2 excellent kids and shes still cheating and being cheated on lol.

That's the exception rather than the rule, I'm glad you found someone at the workplace...but 9 times out of 10 it ends in disaster.

I don't doubt that, but still feel the risks are not worth it in the workplace.

Too many variables that can go wrong with this approach that can add stress to an already stressful job.

Done it twice now! First time only failed because she was East German and had to go home. I tried moving there but couldn't stand the cold!
