Well I think I see hairs growing but I see some balls coming out. Not sure. If it's a hermie. I'm still gonna grow it out and see if I keep a couple seeds. but hopefully its a female.
Now should I start topping now because im only seeing 4 bud sights and they are the main colas. Idk what to do now?
I'm hoping to pull the least 10g.

just pull the pollen sacks off as they grow more than likely they will stop coming back after a while.

Yea that's what I was planning on doing. I def. See hairs. I just need to wait maybe 2 days and see if those are balls.

you could top or FIM the 2 big ones that will help the samller ones catch up and bush out the growth on those limbs, your probably gonna want to raise the screen up a little bit here in the future.

when the little ones start to get a good rise over the screen i would bring it up some. few days to a week depends on how she responds to the topping.

Hey im not sure but one of my bulbs cracked and it was in their through out the day. I heard the fumes supposedly can hurt the plants. Any clue?

ooh take that out, maybe some fumes but no more than normal lol what you really have to worry about is UVC leaking out(lbad light) on top of phosphors. rinse the plants off you should be fine.
as for topping the little one no i would not top them until they take domanice over the ones your about to top so that should be a little while after they pass the screen about 2 weeks from now.

The bulb itself, or the base? The tube has mercury vapor in it if I remember correctly. Read the bulb (anything printed anywhere on it), it should say something if it does contain mercury. Hg is the symbol for mercury, they may print that instead.
If it does contain mercury, and the glass part of the bulb itself is cracked, i would scrap the plants, and read up on cleaning up heavy metals. Better safe than sorry. We don't need anymore mad hatters!

I've broken many a CFL in my time 
not too much to worry about, just don't breathe in the dust, that shit is bad...
I have a general ethos of not doing anything stressful to the plant during flower so I definitely wouldn't top, Fimmings a little bit less stress I believe, but like I said I wouldn't do either, 'sup to you... and those 'balls' may just be calyxes or false seed pods (which are fine) so chill and see how they turn out, if they are balls on rods they are bad.

Yea the bulb cracked open. But I did do some major cleaning.

not to push the issue, but how did you clean the mercury from the soil, and from inside the plant itself? That is the biggest concern imo. That's some dangerous shit, imagine smoking it?
People get concerned about not flushing correctly, this is similar, but exposure to mercury is much better documented. Do what you will, I'll still follow, just be safe.

Well its been flowering for about 12 days already.
With 4 42w cfls 2700k
And 2 6w 2700k

Well I have glass under my bulbs so my plant won't get burnt if my plant grows to big so nothing feel on my soil or plants.
I just read once tht some bulbs had some fumes in them that are bad for plants. Reason I couldn't change it once it crack was because I was at work and my girlfriend heard a big pop but she doesn't like touching any of my growboxes because she's scared of getting electrocuted..so when I got home I saw it was a bulb all shattered pieces were on the glass. I was just worried of any fumes =P

more than likely if there is any mercury and its a small amt, it will sink to the bottom of the plant and dirt and run off in water and wash away. in time for harvest.
but he said it only cracked which means the contents where probably still inside. and also i believe the mercury is contained near the entrance and exit of the th bulbs.

I can't wait to go home and see my baby. I put her under some high dosage of DIY co2
hopefully this stuff actually does a difference my next grow im not gonna use any co2 and see the difference.
as for my 400w grow temps are under control set at 80-85
Winter has came so state temps are around the same =D
Loving this Weather and temps makes growing alot easier.
And makes smoking alot more relaxing =]
