Are you sure you don't mean trawling, rather than trolling?

Trolling isn't seen as a good thing on the internet, as it refers to people who write deliberately provocative comments online to provoke a response. I'm guessing that isn't what you were doing?

Ah, okay. A future suggestion then: your advice was sound, but your tone is a bit adversarial. Nothing wrong with the H2O2 bit, but the pre-emptive statement regarding everyone else is a bit condescending. I'm not pissed or anything, just wanted to pose a suggestion before someone gets butt-hurt in the future.

no no I wasn't trying be negative or condescending in anyway not my intention what so ever just trying to help a lad out, you know with all the info out there and most of it saying the other is wrong and vice versa you just need to do what works for you and I do take advice and if it works I pass it on and vice versa. sorry for the confusion folks.

my intention is to be positive and thats it!
