Do you guys listen to anything in particular whilst smoking?

I find myself listening to a lot more progressive rock/metal such as Cynic, Pink Floyd, Gordian Knot, Dream Theater etc etc. As well as chillout music such as Salif Keita and Leftfield.

I find the ambient sounds of chillout and the technical "swirly" music from prog to really get into my head and I spent hours upon hours just listening and even sometimes airguitaring my way through the songs haha.

Pink Floyd are awesome, been getting more and more into them over the last year or two. There is just something about prog while smoking and I really can't pin it lol.

Since I don't have a radio or TV, I listen to last.fm... it'll pull both popular songs as well as a lot of awesome tracks that you won't hear on the regular airwaves. My stations are seeded with Pink Floyd (progressive/psychedelic rock), Cypress Hill (hip-hop/rap), Joan Baez (folk), and R. Carlos Nakai (Native American). It depends on my mood and the variety I'm smoking, but that gets me pretty much everywhere I want to go.

"US and Them" is amazing when you're stoned. The echo just adds so much atmosphere. Anything from 1971-1979 that they put out was amazing.
