Need help

No one knows best then people who have done an been through it. So I ask you, what is the best way to maximise the yield off plants? My grow room would hold max 12 plants but understand seed banks advertise 400~700 gr/m2 but this would be exceptionally hard to archive, so am I better growing 4 big plants or grow 12 smaller sized ones with less yield per plant? Comments an answers are much appreciated

Best possible yield? Grow outdoors. Indoors? Biggest light you can cool, and a scrog screen with 1-2 plants under it.

Scrog or Lst.. You will yield more top shelf buds than you will with no training. I prefer LST because you can still move your plants around if need be and the results are exactly the same unless you plan on vegging for months... I veg mine for 4 weeks and 4 plants fill a 4'x4' area.

scrogging is basically training your plant in a way you will get a lot of main colas. Instead of 1 main cola and a lot of smaller bud.
