Wife made me give it up in '03 when I got
married:D Haven't touched it or wanted
to touch it (I've thought about it a few
times but never acted) since then.

I sucked at getting addicted to snow.
Did almost an Ounce one weekend with two friends:
Not only did I live - I was neither repelled or compelled to do more after.
Probably blew another $20K on the stuff over the years before running out of money one day and deciding I didn't like the smell of it that much.

This will be my first winter in Mi and I have been waiting for an applicable thread to ask this. What is the best mountian for snow boarding near Detroit for snowboarding? I prefer long trails to parks, but do like both. I know Mt. Holly's longest trail is 2100ft and Mt. Brightton' longest is 2000. Is there a clear winner to chose from? Are the other two smaller ones worth looking at as well? They still have discounts on season passes if I order now ,but I still might try them all before I decide. thanks for any feed back.

I think Mt. Trashmore is known for boarders, (Downriver over old garbage dump).
Thanks.
I'm been waiting for the right thread to use that.

When I lived in Ohio I would ride at Brighton or alpine valley. Park was ok at Brighton last time I was there was 7 years ago. The place I work has really dope park, I'm not saying that because I built it either haha. If you want to drive a bit mad river in Ohio is legit for parks also.
