I think that happens, but in my experience they usually get more horny. I lot of guys I know think it's fucking gross, but I never minded, it's kinda like extra lube. Although afterward it can look like someone stabbed you in the dick. A few years ago I took this coked up chick to a hotel and she was on her period.
