Cloning from Clones

What is the rule of thumb on cloning from clones? Does the plant degrade after each generation?

No, it doesn't degrade. Think about it, it's all part of the same plant!

Same strain for 2 years. All clones of clones. Still going strong.

I agree with this. I've had plants go through a few cycles of clones and they seem to do better on each run. Works out great.

Grew the same plant for three years, which came of a plant of a plant of a (repeat for a long while) over 20 years old.
