Usually if a "crime" is commited even if a person hasn't commited the "Crime" if they are THERE they are just as responsible as you. come forward and save that girl. your name is probably all over the place. they know you by now. i agree with jasonloc, you need or needed to have rules. maybe don't smoke where you are growing? sorry to hear this news bro.

Right now I'm back in my apartment. Went and saw a lawyer, he checked to see if I have any warrants, I don't. So right now all I can do is wait and see what happens basically. My lawyer doesn't think they'll be trying to pursue me since they've got a lot bigger shit to worry about. So we're just waiting for her trial on the 14th to see whats up and hoping the cops don't get off their ass and do some police work.

hey ive been reading his thread and i feel so bad that really blows what happened with the cops and everything

but dont you think its interesting that you said you lived in chicago and rite after that cops show up at ur house??

its very easy to get some ones IP addres and find were they ive if you know what there doing im not saying that anyone helping you on this forum or th foum itself is at fault...
but for future reference i be careful what kind of information your give out on the internet i know because its happened to me

hope everything works out and maybe theyll pass the med. marijuana bill in this state so things like this will never happen again

Well basically, what happened is my neighbors called the cops because while I was gone these people had been partying in my apartment all week. So on Thursday night my neighbor got fed up and called the cops because my TV was turned up to 58 (only goes to 60) at 1 in the morning. He says he tried to knock on the door but no one answered, which is understandable because I'm sure they were all trashed and its kinda hard to hear anything over that. The cops came, took all my grow shit (including the pump to my airbed, which had nothing to do with the grow). They arrested the girl who had the keys because she was "in charge" even though I didn't leave my keys for any of these people. I was out of town and got a call from her boyfriend at my buzzer telling him to let me in because the cops were in my apartment arresting people. She went to jail on a class 4 felony (it goes from misdemeanor to felony after 5 plants, I had 6). She got out the next day on 500 dollars bail. Thats about all I know about the actual bust, since her lawyer told her not to talk to me.

Yeah well, there person who got busted was not the person I left in charge, and yeah the person I left in charge is a fucking retard for letting other people over. It wasn't so smart for me to leave the keys with her, but oh well. Next time, NO ONE knows, and I'm going hydro so I don't have to worry about someone taking care of my shit while I'm gone.

The girl who got busted went to court this morning. She got off with some "drug school", she has to attend four classes and the charges get dropped.
