It looks like a 4 or 5 gallon container which should be fine. You can transplant back into the same container after filling it up to the top with soil. Just wait a bit until she's bigger before you transplant. Like a week or two.Its a 12" wide container.
I always have to water before to stop the soil from falling apart.i would wait until its a bit bigger, then transplant it into a pot that is at least 3 gallons. if u let the soil dry before u transplant it its easier to handle it with out it falling apart. but u deffently going to need her in a larger pot.

Your soil should be to the top,but now just wait until she has a stalk thick enough that won't snap easily and then you can transplant.Well my pot is large like yours, its just that the soil is not filling it up completely, let me take a picture i'll edit this post in 5 minutes
Edit: Here's the pics: Its a 12" wide container. How do I transplant without damaging the roots?? And should I wait till she's stronger?
