yeah the only con I can see is that it would take up more room to dry, and the leaves aren't protecting the drying buds anymore.I've always hung upside-down as well, but I am going to give right-side up a try for my smaller plants. According to the poster, this helps the plant think it's still alive and dry more slowly. It also makes trimming easier because the fans fall away instead of into the bud. That's the part I find most appealling

I might have to chop my black Domina early ...its so dense and the humidity is so high at night and in the morning that I'm getting stem rot in a couple colas. Not to mention I've been killing bud worms on her and I'm getting tired of them
