What up jb! I just finished some nirvana northern lights auto. Everything went great up into the point of dry. My buds smell soooo good right before chop then boom, the smell of hay over comes them. I've read countless threads online about drying and curing, just can seem to figure it out yet. It's really discouraging. I hang dry for 4 days at 70 50rh then into open canning jars for a day or two then start burping. Cant get that hay smell out FUCK. Other than that I'm doing great!

yea that hay smell sucks bro but i been working with one of my boys our last 2 runs and we use a dehumidier and a half bucket of water top of the bucket has holes in it dont know why but it seem to work and using 1 fan on the ground of the tent not pointed at the buds my boy has one of those drying racks we dry the buds in a 4x4 tent he has a ducting come from the a/c vent in the room going to the bottom of the tent temps stayed at 68to73 in 5 days they were ready to go into mason jars got the jars from online and like very 8 to 12 hours we burp the jars for 2weeks then burp when needed to use but we did this last to runs and no more hay smell and very smooth somke my boy strains was Barneys Farm Pineapple Chunk 5 fem seeds from attitude 113grm off the girls not bad so cant hurt to try our method see if it works for you!!! yea im still trying to get all my gear together fucking bills are holding me back but ill get there and when i do u guys well see it on here so for now im helpng my boy out and leraning at the same time i know when im ready to go wont be no stoping me lol!!! JB

Whats up JB as far as nutes i use Heavy 16 with a assortment of additives and for the medium i use Canna Coco with 20% perlight i run drain to waste. And no there not all Tahoe Alien Pheno 2! Here is what i have, Tahoe Alien OG P1 Alien Kush Pheno,Tahoe Alien OG P2 Tahoe Pheno, Alien Grenade Og Phenos 1,2,3,4,5 / 4 and 5 are Sativa phenos, Alien Hallucination Pheno 1,2,3, Lemon AlienDawg Phenos 1,2 and Critical+ pheno 1 and thats it! sum of them i will not let out due to the fact that i am probably the only person in NV with these cuts and these phenos and sum are just too fuckin dank to let go!

ok so are these your crosses or some one else and thats f**k up u dont want to sure the dank bro lol!!! but I understand bro and yea you are the only one i know with these strain in vegas maybe all NV but that Alien Hallucination and that Lemon AlienDawg Phenos has me interested lol!!! but off that for a sec colerbear ask about drying how do you dry your buds step by step if you can to keep them from having that hay smell and harsh somke taste i told him how me and my boy do it now but we are new to the gm so any help you can offer would be great!!! These crosses are made by the homie Alien Genetics from THC Farmer his shit is FIRE and he sent me sum freebies so i went pheno hunting! But for drying! Slow Dry at 70 degrees and 60% Humidity I use no air movement around my buds and hang dry only. you want your buds dry enough you can fill the crusty dryness on the top but still wet. Check the stems for a sure dryness bend the stem if its kinda cracks with a bend than its good to start cureing if it just folds over wet let it dry more. i dont use a rack. then i Slow cure at the same temp with 50% humidity in the jar burp once a day for 10 mins and every week pull all the buds out on a clean surface spreed out and let them sit for 7 mins then jar it back up and repete till the bud mostuire is 10-15% cure for at least 18 days but i do 25 so that is a good method i dont get any hay smelling buds only dank Og and Crazy cherry and grape undertones!
