digi ballast question.

Which one of these would be better for a 2.5ft x 4.5ft closet? Closet is also about 8 ft tall. Just concerned about heat, but also want to max my lighting for the plants.

Here are the two diff ones I was considering:

600w - http://www.htgsupply.com/Product-Digital-Greenhouse- 600w-HPS-Grow-Light.asp

400w - http://www.htgsupply.com/Product-Digital-Greenhouse- 400w-Grow-Light.asp

Also, I assume I can use MH bulbs with the HPS ballast (just not the other way around unless it's a conversion bulb)... can anyone verify this?? :)

to answer your last question, yes, most digital ballasts that i know of can fire both mh's and hps bulbs both.. :)
