Potassium or Manganese def?

This little plant is only 3 weeks old but seems to be having some kind of major deficiency. It is in a 3/4 gallon hempy container filled with a 50/50 mix of perlite and vermiculite. Temps are relatively high(88*-92*).I am using dyna-gro nutrients. So far she has had two 1/4 strength feedings of foliage pro (9-3-6) and pro-teKt and two feedings of straight water. PH is always 5.8. The plant was topped at the third node and the new shoots were topped again. Out of 14 plants only two have any problems. They are both the same strain. Here is a picture of the one that looks the worst. (Ironically she smells the best). New growth has been fine but the old growth deteriorated rather quickly. Can anyone tell me what is going on and what I can do to fix it. I am planning on feeding them with grow (7-9-5) plus pro-teKt when the lights come on. My guess is potassium or Manganese based on pictures this little chart I have.

Could it be a problem with the light algae growth on the perlite on the top of the container?

The nutrients you are using will have potassium. You will not see manganese deficiency. The question is why plants so young being fed a reasonable ratio of nutes is having leaf problems. Are you sure of your mixing ratios? And a good rule is feed, water, water. Feed, water, water. If you learn to read the plant you will notice if that schedule is not sufficient. Otherwise it keeps the less experienced from killing with kindness. Is the growing medium used?

Looks like potassium to me because the Chlorosis has started from the tips and worked its way back to the stem, if it was manganese it would have started from the stem and worked its way forward to the tips, but I'm a noob so and its kinda hard to tell from the pics, so what say you where is the yellowing starting?

The labels suggest 1/4 tsp pro-tekt per gallon of water. a 1/4 tsp is 15 drops from my dropper. I have given them 3 drops each time I used it. It also suggest 1-2 tsp per gallon for the foliage pro and I used a 1/4 tsp and then 3/8 tsp. I use kitchen measuring spoons and droppers that came with the ph up and down so my measuring is scientifically perfect but I would say it stays pretty accurate.

Last week my run off ph was 6.4. I know that's high but I continue to use 5.8 water assuming it will buffer it down with a few waterings.

You have 5.8 water but are you checking ph after the nutes are added?

come on guys I'm not a total idiot. I get my water from the tap and let it sit open between waterings. After I add nutrients and mix it up the ph is always 7.7 7.8 then I use ph down to get it to 5.8 and then I water my plants. I just watered again with 4 drops protekt and 1/4 tsp of grow 7-9-5. Run off on the perlite vermiculite plants were all 5.8-5.9. My coco plants were a little higher at 6.1-6.4. I flooded them a couple of extra times with the nutrient solution ph 5.8.

Thats debatable. Bro this is hydro you cant give them just two 1/4 str feeds in 3 fucking weeks when the medium is vermiculite and perlite!!!
Feed at least once a day(full str) they are severely deficient in most nutes.

dyna-grow is some strong shit, i know i wouldn't be feeding plants that size anything yet!

i'm with buds if your mix didnt have nutes then you need to up foilage pro. i would hit it with atleast 400ppm of the foilage and 5ml tekt per gallon
