I found these bugs on my outdoor plants.
Anyone know what they are.

I don't think that is is a spiny assasin bug, but good try.

Dragon fly fresh hatched?

maybe, but all of the pics I could find arn't quite right and it looks like the dragon fly nymph is much larger.
