Uhhhh, the present administration is the problem, not Jimmy. If you ever get around to pulling your head out, take a factual look at the present regime. Yeah, I'll bet you would like to see people with common sense hanged so your abstract idealogy could reign supreme. You and McCarthy, a pair to draw to,~LOL~. "Kill the commie bastards".

Manudo is a Mexican soup made with tripe. They use white corn more commonly known as hominy. By the way ... Manudo is delicious despite the tripe. ~lol~

Yeah.. menudo.. not my favorite. MOFONGO, though.. oh yeah, 'specially if it's made con yuca. Oo da babay.

Menudo is good with a touch of lemon juice a little fresh oregano and a palm full of raw onion added in... Don't forget the corn tortillas. I also like to have tamales and eggs with the same meal.

DDude, that's a lotta food all at once. If you're gonna go with corn, then it's gotta be fresh corn. There's a place in Imperial Beach that an old (and long gone) friend of mine turned me onto. IB is spittin' distance across the border. Anyway, this little taqueria had girls making the tortillas right there, f'ing AWESOME! John and I would go down there, order up a couple dozen tortillas with a side of tacos (the authentic street-food kind, the little 4"-5" soft taco con carne asada y sebolla y cilantro, y con salsa verde). Then, head back to his place get the butter and MUNCH. Sometimes I really miss him. I kind of miss those tortillas, too.
