haven`t got a carbon filter har, was venting to outside air from the roof so smell was always ok, and from the shed it might be an issue so i will have to get a filter...will have to wing it this grow and see how things go that way, but a filter is in the pipeline, i need this space to work out or i`ll be screwed for growing..

You desperately need to get one. Plants that'll produce 20 zips will stink up your whole estate.

Nearly a whole week without a smoke...!!!
pain in my back is a nitemare...!
this is the longest I've gone without in 5 years..!
cant wait to get back home and medicate..

you use it for pain relief too jay... never knew .... whats your fav strain for that, i mean all head high aside, which gives you the best relief?

yeah this is my worst fear.. each other thing i can manage or make or do without but the smell.....

and neighbours ar all fine they couldn`t care thats in my estate... theres a house right behind me thats where the problem will come on that score, he`s the type that would hang you, and the only weak link in the shed growing, the guys either side or in front all would have a smoke here and there and would be cool with the growing, so with the exeption of this grow i`ll have to get the filter, and possibly near the end of this one, but for now were haveing to wing it...

this time last year i started in shed 86 and all was good until middle of oct when it got cold and cold being 17degrees lights on
6 ish lights off it ruined the grow. then i put in a storage heater while waiting on materals for my box but it upped the bill a good bit 600w heater.
har is right about carbon filter but the quicker u sort out your lights the better it will warm um up i find that between 24-28 lights on
14-17 lights works a treat not easy in a shed but when u have that sorted 20 zips will then be well do able.
whats ur thermometer reading wit lights on bud

don`t have one yet, i will within the next week tho, as the weather is changeing even when its sunny nowdays you can still feel the cold, so thermo and ph pen are next on the shopping list... the day and noight temp are ambient at the min, as in the whole shed is slightly warm when you walk in, not hot, not cold if you get me....

got a sparkie calling today to wire in outlets in there, he`s a friend so its cool him seeing the rooms, otherwise i would wait until theres nothing in there, but thats me cleaned out till next weekend...

then i`ll get a thermometer and pen another circ fan aswell....

after that its ducting and extractor fan, if i can i`ll get a filter if not its another week down the line, which should bring me in on time, as in before smell gets that bad...

electric picnic this weekend... just passed 2 van loads of cops going into our local station earlier, and it seems there out on the roads here on check points, searching the locals for drugs, as if in the last week they haven`t cleaned out enough smoke and stuff, nearly no pills its all weed there going after....

your on the right track 86 i learnt the hard way get it set up right at start and your on a winner. i live in a 6 bed bung and cud have set up a tent in bedroom
if i wanted but its much better in shed out of the way etc its costly but when its right its happy growing no strings.
i also had a friend that set up a new breaker to the shed its much safer when running over 400w peace of mind.
like i said before goin on your fluro grows which were brill you will break all records wit hps

yeah if it works out for this grow the shed is the spot for me, and if the new shed goes up in the next couple of months then i`m well sorted as the wash and dryer can be moved giveing me full use of the concrete shed for growing...

the sparkies been in and we have now got 2 4outlet sockets in each room, so alot safer already, will have another circulateing fan this evening so another step up toward the room i want ..

alot more work to do trek before its weather proofed but keep the tips comeing, i don`t mind and critisium or pointers you lot have throw them out there....

no increase dude, lights are same so far, and the extra when the hps are in is ok, well its ok if it yeilds, as i`ll save the cash on haveing weed than buying weed....

and yeah floro for veg, i`ll throw in some more of the 6500k`s, and the 2700k`s that i already have should sort that area of growing for me, so i`ll have to fine tune the flowering only...

the cfl`s are the job for veg...

i think fluro is grand 4 veg 86 just takes longer but is cost effective id love to run a mh 4 veg but dont have another room set up
dont need it thou only have 4 max at any one time id sell some to close mates at very very honest old school prices just to cover costs
thats why i started runnin 1000w soil and stuff adds up so it helps
are u using special soi; like canna or plagron or u mixin uur own now,

was a 100% compost, but now i`m mixing my own, soil and compost mix with some drainage stone but very little...

Alright lads. First two pics are of two that I think will make it. Massive amount of growth since last night.
Third pic compares one to my girl that the fucker didn't get.
That Clonex must be good stuff. Used Doff Rooting Hormone on my clones last time and they were in way better condition than seedlings to try and re-root.
Either that or I'm getting better...

so were electric safe now... missed out on going to town so no extra fan yet but i feel like i`m getting somewhere with it now...

of the three plants that went in theres only two that are full fem, the one that was late flowering and was nearly there when i topped is hermi, could have been the topping but i really suspect it was the case with it anyways....

Yeah, helps with the pain alright.. Most strains work, Mazar kush was good but would put me a sleep.. Super skunk is a great one also... I've just bought a seed called Liberty haze which I can't wait to try out...

pic 4 you can see one of the tops in soil, just dipped in water after removeing leafs from stem, then in rooting powder and straight into the soil no humididty dome and it seems to be doing ok so far...

same with the ones in the jar of water..

pic 5 is the runts that i tought i`d mess with, but after a few days they`ve started to slowly reveg..

whats with all the haze`s about, any fifty bag about is amnisea haze , or silver haze... or some other haze... hahahaha it just seems to be everywhere nowa days...

Think they're selling HPS bulbs with increased blue spectrum light now. If you used one think you can veg under it aswell
