does a reddish-brown-purple tinge on the stem of a plant

= possible purple buds? Im growing unknown bagseeds and im starting to notice the color change more pronounced now on the second day of flowering.

No, but i read somewhere that purple was capable on any strain if the temperature change is sufficient between light and dark cycles. Im have about a10-15 degree temp. change and i was wondering if thats what was bringing about the color change in the stem.

sounds about right. It could also be just a normal coloring on the stems. My plants a couple years back had that purple tinge on the stems. unfortunatley that grow was compromised so i never got to see buds...

Seriously????? out of all of us growers, THIS is the feedback you gave this guy? It looks like your ph is off. You have some sort of deficiency. I wanna P but first stabilize your ph. She is choking, that whole stalk isnt supposed to purple like that
