Help designing my grow box

The dimensions are 50 tall X 19 wide X 24-27 long. This equates to a bit under 15 CU FT (I think I did my math right...). I want 2 maybe 3 plants to be growing in there since Im 90% sure Im using a 250 watt light. I was also considering getting 2 150 watt lights, so what are your opinions on that?

Because of the odd shape of the place Ill be putting it I may have room for another maybe 1 ft long X 19 inch wide X maybe 15 inch tall section on the bottom. If I do Im putting an inline fan in there which brings me to my next point, filtration. What kind of filtration will I need in a space thats less than 15 CU feet? I was thinking a 165 CFU fan with a carbon filter slowed down to about 60 CFU (will that be enough to still pull enough air through the filter so no smell escapes?)

Also, I think Im just going to make one whole side a door, so how could I go about smell proofing that?

Bottom has 2 desktops going up roughly 14 inches with a screen on top of them (running a linux server OS) and a screen on top for output, along with server bezels and black metal fillers taking up the rest of the front of it (I may cover the back with them too.) So basically it will be accessed from the side. If you can imagine it the desktops wont be going all the way to the back since they arent that long, so this will allow for the odd shape of the box (basically a L laying on its side)

I got a 3'x2'3 box. Mines insulated and dry walled. As of what I got right now. 2, CFL'S that use 65 watts. A 125 cfm computer fan, Temps stay around 70-80 depending on the day with the lights on and the box closed. For myself, I look for strains with little smell and are small to med in height. I've had people stand next to this thing and they never had a clue with was in it or what was going on. You got the space you just need the right amount of lighting. What lights are you looking at? He's a old photo of mine. Some has been changed but you'll get the idea. I grow 2 in there using LST. The lights are put horizontal when the time comes. In the photo I got 1, 68 watt, 2, 65 watt and 1, 60 watt Each burn 200 to 300 watts to a normal bulb. I also grow the 2 in a 3 gallon long tub

I was hoping to use a 400 watt light and actually get a good carbon filter though, I really would just rather go the most professional way possible and that way there is much less risk of smell. The extra 2 feet height of grow room and the roughly 2 extra Cu FT on the bottom where I can put a ballast and wires is really helpful though.
