What the above quote means is that Obama intends to pay insurance companies and hospitals less to take care of people on Medicare. It is definitely taking 700 billion out of the medicare system.

They claim it is reduced waste and fraud but I havent seen any reduction in fraud or waste since medicare has been implemented.

Just got back from seeing 2016.

My opinion, it is worth seeing regardless of your political views.
It was interesting. At the end of the movie about 40% of the audience applauded the movie.
People need to understand what experiences and environments in life shaped Obama.

Made me look @ what shaped my views.
