Help in self made grow room design (plants getting too hot) - pics

Top chamber is about 2.4 feet high, bottom is about 1.8 feet.
2 exhaust fans each chamber and has one inlet fan at the bottom as in pics 1, 2 and 3. All fans are 80 mm PC fans. I selected the ones with less noise but good airflow.. but airflow is not enough I think. Plants appear to have heat stress.. pics 4, 5.

I want to use bottom chamber for veg and cloning (currently it is not used).

However the CFLs take top 5 inches of each. The tall plant is getting heat burn.

1. Can the heat burn be reversed?
2. how to fix the growbox design to reduce heat?
3. At some point I will need carbon filters. How to install them?
4. I am thinking of putting two fans inline at exhaust. (making 4 exhaust each chamber)

something like

[outside] <--- air --- fan1 | flat carbon filter | fan2 <--- air---- [inside]

Will this work?

Thanks in advance

damn I just wasted 60 bucks on 4" 172 CFM inline fan.
No you didn't. inline fans are way better than duct fans. You stick a carbon filter on a duct fan and the cfm drastically drops. That won't happen with an inline fan. They are the best fan to buy. You did good. Reason I posted a duct fan here is because he's running little cfl bulbs. You don't need that much air flow to cool them properly. inline fans are for HID lights.

I was thinking of replacing the 2 cfls with a few led floodlights
for example these..

would they help? do they generate less heat?
please advise.

Note I cannot have very noisy fans and no light leaking out at times... absolute stealth necessary when parents or friends visit.

I need help in making this work.

Another prob is plants touching ceiling... what to do? is it possible to scrog? 1 week flowering..

I need bottom for cloning. space is a problem to avoid suspicion.. otherwise I could have made my entire closet into grow with heavy duty fans and hps..

should I also get inline fans? carbon filter is necessary once they go into full.flowering.. say 3 more weeks.. right now I can leave door open but then I wont be able to..

Btw what do you think of centrifugal fans? Are they the same as inline fans?

inline fans are loud. Centrifugal fans are a bit different from inline fans. They are even louder but they move a LOT of air. LED's generate little to not heat. Read about them.
