You've just over-stated the point to make a point. Forced to eat trash? Sun all day? .... Anyways, I say if animal safety was the motivation, surely there are more deserving causes? Why not look at the products 'You' use daily and ask yourselves about the impact they have on animals and adjust 'Your' personal behaviour.

I don't think people would do this because it takes effort, much easier to nick some dudes dog, then feel smug at 'what a kind thing Ive done'.

and its summer time if it had flea problems if would have been very evident, and fleas only infest weak animals with skin and hair issues

and your assuming the guy couldnt afford to get his dog a worm medication(about 1.25 for water drops, or diacromatic earth is cheap too)
or flea treatments . . lots of local animal agencies give that shit out for free , and will treat animals to light surgeries that are not invasive for free

free, all you need is the common civil rights to be allowed to care for an animal but not with asshats like OP stealing anything he feels is not getting the hollywood life
