hmmm bold primary colors, lots of gold coloured paint, crudely represented images, one in torment and others enjoying it... yep, thats catholic alright. particularly the catholicism of mexican origin. carefully sculpted to prey on the weaknesses fears and preferences of the primitive peoples of "aztlan"

my point is look how evily bad that art is, where they host rituals with candals and shit walking over burried people, hiding this fact. that is my point.
and why was this even mentioned? because it was questioned about the real first capital of california, because i was droppin knowledge because someone was justifying waving a confederate flag with racist intentions in california (WHICH ISNT THE FUCKING SOUTH OR WHATEVER) for "retaliation" of mexicans having a flag ( probably on cinco de drinko ) it is amazing how far sidetracked things get when people are forcing me to explain everything.

in the 1849 gold rush a large number of former confederate persons came to california in search of gold. if you were not so insular and sheltered by your southern=evil mentality you would know this. many of the oldest families in california are of southern extraction, and many of them still harbour resentment over their treatment in the Late Unpleasantness Between the States. many of these families are quite clannish and resistant to outside interference to this day, and hold strong views on the causes and effects of the War of Northern Aggression.
you would do well to recognize the first capital of california as a state was benecia, not the territorial capital and former spanish mexican and french colonial capital of san jose.
california is NOT part of mexico, they lost it in santa ana's surrender.
all things southern are not racist,, only a fool would argue this, and thus you prove yourself to be a fool.
mexican style catholicism is NOT catholicism. it is more similar to santaria than catholicism.

My friends in school flew it more as a "Don't Tread on ME!" statement. i even suggested they switch to one instead of the stars and bars but they were too wrapped up in the racial aspect of it after having, themselves, been victims of racism. i really watched those guys change as a result of how they were treated by the protesters of MAPA.

Both of my parent's were raised in the hills of Ky back in the 1920's and both voted for Obama and are going to again this time around.
Both at one time were racist to the extreme, but over time, their views changed.
