Strain G-13 cross with White Widow flowering time.

Greetings to all,

I'm a long time member, but not a big poster.

I have an opportunity to pick up a few G-13 X White Widow clones. They are advertised as a 6-7 week flowering time. But from what I've read, G-13 & WW are longer flowering strains. More like 9-11 weeks.

Does anyone have any knowledge of this cross-strain and what the actual flowering times are?

I've been growing hydro for 5 years...I got the basics (i.e. checking tric's with a scope). I guess my question was twofold: 1.) "Does anyone have any knowledge of this cross-strain and what the actual flowering times are?" 2.) it was intended for those with a higher reading comprehension.

i got some mr nice g13 times black widow went about 8 and a half weeks trics cloudy with a little amber......

IME,
g13 = 49 days
WW = 60-70 days

Some of the g13 tops are even ready at 43-45 days. But with the dense growth and high leaf/calyx it does well with a two part harvest... harvest the tops that get a ton of light... then harvest the lower parts 5 or so days later.

From seeing DSB's plants and a few others... i bet the plants structure takes after the widow more. More branching, less compact growth.

Thanks Heartland...I'll try the two-part Harvest...good suggestion. I'll judge it as the plant blooms out.

Thanks DSB...Sounds like at max it could be 8-9 weeks...not out of the normal range for most strains.

My favorite strain remains C99 (50 day strain) of which I still have a zillion seeds from a seed grow. If you read up on Cinderella 99 it never hermies, and it is incredibly resistant. I just didn't want to go thru germination, sexing, then creating a Mother Plant..AGAIN. So this grow will from the G13xWW clones. I appreciate you input gentlemen!!!

Yeah man. I did Joey weeds Apollo 11 for a while. Anything from c99 is fucking great. The yield left me with a little to desire... but damn. Speedy rush weed. Felt like my eyeballs were going to pop out. They made the most amazing edibles too.

That kind of high in that short of flowering time was rad.
