My dad's old neighbors used to let their son smoke weed in the garage with the door open and my lil brother, who died from asthma R.I.P., would always run inside having to hook up to his machine coughing and gagging. We kept warning them to tell their son to keep the garage closed or smoke somewhere else......Well one day we just invited over some of my dad's club(maybe 15-20 people).......They all pulled up together too....lmao @ the look on the neighbors faces when they saw all those bikes park directly across from their house......Some of my dad's buddies were assholes and parked right in front of their house haha. Those neighbors moved the month after lmfao.

I just did a weekend 4 a dui and there r people in county jail with years now. I think the dudes where sayn 10 years or less u do ur time in county. It was overcrowded as a mofo. Glad a quit drinking! This was time owed from 2005

Talk to a lawyer and to your insurance company. If a dog is suspected of being capable of hurting somebody and it does, you can be sued. Put up a sign "Beware of Dog".

You supplied evidence your dog can't be trusted and you knew it. So put one up "Guard Dogs on Duty". Make sure it's in Spanish, French, Swahili.

I was on 23/1 lockdown for 8 months straight in a county jail.......well for 1 month I was on full lockdown with only 15 minutes every other day to clean my cell at 4 a.m.........and the food there is crap compared to prison.

I'm gonna have to serve my neighbor.....I'm camping out with the 40-40 winchester tonight. this sum bitch peaked over my fence. I know this because there is an approximately 8in.x8in. piece of wood missing off the top of my dog eared fence where he must have been hangin too capture a glimpse of my garden......either that or his kids were bullshittin tryna get their toy or ball or something........either way the tent is set up and the 40-40 loaded. Fuck that! What makes me even MORE pissed is the fact that I let this sum bitch borrow my chain saw last month. I don't wanna end up having to shoot his ass either tho because I just got out in February and I aint goin back. What should a I do? any advice. warning shot? crack him on the head with the butt of my 'chester? Yeah......I am going to run surveillance pretty soon to both of my gardens.....they are going to be day and night. My friend had the same setup and you could here footsteps before you could even see the bastards lol. Saved his plants more than once.

ew, gonna have to look that one up for Cali however I am positive in FL and many states if a thug breaks into your home and he gets hurt by anything at all then he sues you! Its a lot like how renters have so many more rights here than landlords. TX is really the only one that is on the property owner's sides. Also, the insurance company will have a list of BAD DOGS and raise your premiums- it is why it is so hard to rent with dogs.

Yeah, they threw my ass in until the Judge said I had to be released if they weren't gonna charge me with it while waiting on the tox screen.

Riddle me this? who the fuck was I a danger to after they took my car away from me? why did I get locked away from society? $10,000 bail I think or more... I have to be honest and admit before then I did not truly grasp that the bad guys where wearing all the badges, I thought when I got arrested on my first dui and the dude attacked me and locked me in a small room with a toilet and urine and feces on the floor until I behaved like a good girl it was only that police station in that county especially since all I had done was ask too many times if I could please have a sweatshirt seriously hella polite and curl up in the chair to keep warm and not with my feet on the floor even though they kept kicking it and I may have mentioned something 6 or so hours later into the night about a certain group of police officers sure as hell doing anything but their job... but ? I thought we were supposed to lock the bad guys in there not let them run the joint?! and if I mention a peep all I get is called dramatic...

ACTUALLY, in Cali at least, putting up a "Beware of Dog" or "Guard Dog on Duty" sign proves your culpability if someone gets bit. You KNEW your dog would bite! Why didn't you prevent it? Why did you have such a dangerous animal around your children? Why weren't they caged or fenced to protect people?
