Don't hold your breath or count your buds just yet. The frigging Feds have cleaned out the dispensary businesses in most states. Opening them and keeping them open are two very different things. Count on the raids.

COlorado has the best model for Medical marijuana... and the feds stilll harass everyone here. our AG wrote the Federal Gov and told him to keep thier noses out of CO and it didn't work.. they still are harassing everyone

The only way to stop the feds is to get 26 states to approve and force a constitutional convention.
The federal government makes way too much money seizing property and cash and congress makes way too much money from big pharma donations.

Yes, that is one of the states intentions of allowing them to open.
