AN Sensi grow to bloom

Using the above nutes only in soil. My plants started flowering. Currently feeding them 8ml of both Sensi grow a&b. Curious as to how to dose as they transition. Thinking of dropping the grow down 1-2mls every feeding and increasing the bloom to keep the dose at a total of 8mls per gallon. Never used Sensi before and want to hear what others have done with it.

i've never heard of anyone using them together like that. grow is for veg and bloom is for flower. not sure what the point would be using them together. unless you were trying to make up for some deficiencies or something. i've added a little grow part a (3-0-0) sometimes when i see they want some N in flower. why not ust use the 3 part system in that case?

The change in formulas is for a reason as plant metabolic needs change and change drastically. Marijuana in bloom stage has little need or tolerance for regular feedings of N+. See Scooby's post for possible supplemental N+. I use AN exclusively. 16 ML of each part per gallon of water. I also add Beastie Bloomz 1/4 teaspoon (the lower recommended add) with the Bloom feeds. Rule for feeding - Feed, water, water. Feed, water, water. I also add Shooting Powder 2.3 grams/gallon of feed the last feeding 30 days before harvest.

Not trying to make up for def but figured they still needed some N so I'd transition somewhat fluidly. So if I just stop the grow should I start the bloom at the same dosage I used for grow. Im afraid the p and k will burn it.

Use them at 1/2 to 3/4 strength then to check for reaction. Look, pot will grow in most soil with water only. Soil with poor organic material content needs the ntrients most obviously. But I have grown outdoors and never approached the plants until harvest except by Bausch & Lomb 30X binocs. Any supplemental feeding that is not an overdose helps though.

i run the grow formula all the way through the 2nd week of flower. the first 2 weeks of 12/12 the plant in still in a veg state (stretch) so keeping them on an N diet and under MH light helps cut down on stretch and will give you denser buds and stronger stems. then i switch to bloom. depending on the strain i may add a little N throughout or later in flower. just depends what the plants want. the bloom formula has a little N in it.

Thanks all. I ended up just watering with half my usual strength which ended up 4mls total per gal of each a/b bloom. Will see how they look in am. They're in there second week of flower and are holding green well so I guess this is the perfect time to switch.

Have you checked out the nutrient calculator on the AN site? It really helps with these sorts of questions.

pH Perfect Sensi Grow & Bloom seems to run pretty close to the instructions, from my experience, but I tend to use a smidge less to make sure that I'm not dosing the plants too much.
