Can drops of water on your leaves cause hotspots?

I think it is possible.....in extreme conditions.......I don't understand. I just sprayed with neem oil this morning and it was 110 degrees today......The leaves are the same as before
I used a mix of organacide and azamax today, It was only 106 here today... I will probably make it rain again tomorrow.... but again it should only be 105-110... Hope everything goes okay..... LOL!

Well plants have been doing real good, till today.

I put the plants out at 8am this morning, looked at them , all where green, but needed water''I did add nutes''.I just use a hose and so all the foliage got wet.At 1pm I checked the plants and saw this! First time this happen to me!!As, I do have plants outside and none of them did this!

Also there are different strains and they all did this.So I know it was the water?--did add nutes, sorry

So to anyone that says it can't happen, well it just happen to me, fuck!

it was over 100f+ today too.Plant hit shade at 3pm
You just put them outside? I had a couple clones die when I put them out under the sun that was too hot. What light are they under inside? did you harden them off? They look the same as what happened to a couple of mine before, not from water.

plants are outdoor plants, I just put them inside my garage at night, so they don't flower, and under a 23 cfl light at night

Really not trying to talk trash, I just don't think it was the water. Seems they should be larger for 2 weeks outdoors around here. I don't know your grow, so I can't say. I just don't think it was the water.
Okay just looked at my grow thread, on another forum. Those plants are almost a week old, sorry for that.

Also I think your right, as I did give them nutes outside in the morning at 8am, but I know the leafs got wet.

Had to really think about it''WOW''

haha your Kaendar quote is in regards to me haha..sorry just found it amusing
He talks shit about another users punctuation yet he doesn't seem to remember how to do it either. The first quote has multiple mistakes, and the second quote where he is talking shit has multiple mistakes. He posts in a thread with bad grammar and punctuation, then the next guy posts, then Kaendar gives him shit about his punctuation.... Just about every post kaendar makes has some sort of grammatical error yet he still pokes at others for it. Ohhh Kaendar....... LOL... Ohhh Well!
It was fun changing my signature to all the stupid shit he posts but I just can't seem to keep up, there is something new everyday!

okay growers, I also forgot''I know'' that I spayed them down with really soapy water Friday night, for bugs.So I know now it wasn't water, and I'm sure the nutes in the water didn't do it, as this was my first time spraying them with soapy water, then putting them outside the next day in 100f was a bad idea with soapy ''too soapy'' water on the leafs.

So yes water will not do that.Sorry guys for my posting.Didn't think about the soapy water till today.

I think it has to do with the angle of the sun. If it can beam down at the right angle just enuf before the water evaporates then it will burn the leaf.

do ya think ya posted this in the wrong section??? i see how a HID light would cause burns, but, really??? why doesn't our entire food supply get torched then? im pretty sure evaporation, transpiration take effect WAY before the sun could cause any damage...

kaendar, i want to see the pics that prove your point... or are you just spouting off some major BS... back up what your saying with some photographic proof.

pics or gtfo

edit: i want to see pics from an outdoor plant not some indoor potted plant...
