i seen rush 3 times already, my girlfriend wants to go see them.. personally id pay a decent amount to see them, but these prices are fucking insane... the most money i spent on a show was when i seen cream in like 2005 i think.. that was $250, but if i go see rush i dont want to be all the way in the fuckin back.. especially if its a seated show..

IS IT WORTH IT TO GET A DECENT SEAT?? lol

I like Rush; but seriously?

If this were thirty years ago, I would advise you to pay as much as you need to pay.

But nowadays...

Rush is a nostalgia act. Not much more.

In fact, not anything more.

Which means you should not pay much more than you would to see the fucking Beach Boys.

I love the beach boys, like O-M-G.......they're gay
I like the Beach Boys, too.

And now Brian Wilson is back; but it does not change a thing.

Dennis is dead.

Carl is dead.

The group is a shadow of their former awesomeness, which disappeared shortly after the release of Pet Sounds.

As far as live concerts were concerned, it disappeared before Pet Sounds, as Brian had already stopped touring.

Rush has not produced anything more compelling than Roll the Bones, and that was over 20 years ago.

Nostalgia act.

Doesn't Rush have a new album out,mor about to be released?

Srh88, you saw Cream? How was it live, I did buy the Royal Albert Hall DVD, and it was great to see Clapton play that stuff. With a three piece group he had to do much more on guitar than he needs to with his solo stuff.

I had the maintenance contract for a concert venue and I have seen enough concerts. So anything above $50 is too much for me now.

The rudest performer was Steve Stills. The absolute nicest was Frank Sinatra. I had the pleasure of seeing Linda Ronstadt 3 night in a row. Heck, I've seen a ton of acts. Loved most of them.
